jpeg files do not "play" by themselves and you didn’t give enough details as to what you were using to make them play. If you used a slideshow then the path to images may be incorrect.

Right click on the file and go to open with click windows photo gallery (Vista) or windows photo & fax viewer (XP) and it should load it if not tell me what happens when you try to load Jpeg files thanks
