The price of each of them can vary so I can't really say which one would be cheaper. I mean, if you're starting piano - you should start with a keyboard (which are from $100) just to see if its your thing. Similarly, violins and some basic guitars are $100. The thing with piano is that it's really easy to catch on to, I guess you just need to understand the theory. You're 13, do you have like music as a subject in your high school?? You should do it, its well worth it. And once you can apply the theory on one instrument (easiest with piano), you can apply it with any. Then its just all about skill afterwards. to learn any instrument, u need to hv one at home for ur compulsory practice, otherwise its fruitless….piano is good too and so is violin, i dont like guitar so i woldnt encourage u to go for it, But then, its my point of view!

I can play like Twinkle Twinkle Little Star on the piano and it was quite easy to learn:D As for violin I have never tried to play it so I don't know. If you are thinking of buying one of the instruments I think piano would be dearest and a good guitar is more than a $100 I would say. But that is only a rough estimate.
