Well, He has really good chops and intonation, but for me, the tone is obnoxious and there is little “feel” to the playing. Check out Sugarcane Harris if you want to hear blues on the Violin. But this being said, I will try to pick up a few of the licks.

It’s made by David Bruce Johnson a Canadian living in the UK the brand name is Violectra. This is the 8th E violin Dave’s built for me the previous one was a 7 string.
Some great players around the world use violectra which is great since I was Dave’s first customer.
