Would surmise that you're a classical music lover? Your first responders recommendations are your best bet. The only cultural music center in your part of the country, that I'm aware of, is Salt Lake City. They have a somewhat renowned symphony orchestra in addition to the Tabernacle choir and that stupendous organ. But I'm not really being of any help to you, am I? Other possible sources for information are the Billings Symphony (link below) and the orchestra programs at the high schools. Obviously you won't just be able to join the symphony or a high school orchestra, but someone in one of those places should know where you can take lessons.
